1. No Refund, No Exchange: At OJA WEAR, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

2. Return for Store Credit Only: Maintaining strict quality control is paramount for OJA WEAR. By accepting returns only for store credit, we can thoroughly inspect returned items to verify they meet stringent quality standards before making them available for resale. This rigorous quality assurance process helps OJA WEAR uphold its reputation for delivering premium activewear products that meet customer expectations.

3. Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be free from any odors, including perfume, smoke, or body odor.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Swimwear, underwear, and accessories such as socks are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective upon receipt.
  • The original packaging of the item must be intact and undamaged.
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns are accepted for store credit only; refunds and exchanges are not offered.
  • Customers must initiate the return process by contacting customer support and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returns received without a valid RMA number may not be processed.
  • OJA WEAR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are outside the specified return period.

4. Process for Returns: To initiate a return for store credit:

  • Contact our customer support team at contact@ojawear.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number on the return package.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense, and please use a trackable shipping method as it is required.

5. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping charges) to your OJA WEAR account. Our customer service will contact you via email for further instructions.

6. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Items purchased during promotional events or clearance sales.

7. Store Credit Usage: Store credit issued can be used towards future purchases on our website and does not expire.
